Project Overview:

Brauer & Associates, Ltd. collaborated with a diverse project team on the redevelopment of the Mississippi River Headwaters Center.  The master plan was completed in 2004 and construction was completed in 2005.

 

 

Key project design goals included:

• Incorporating sustainable   design principles into all aspects of the project

• Using ecologically sensitive approaches to site design and stormwater management

• Maintaining an aesthetically appealing image that is appropriate for the setting

• Creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages visitors to linger and return for another visit.
