Project Overview:

As part of an overall parks improvement process, Brauer & Associates has worked closely with the City and the community of Minnetonka to create master plans for redevelopment of 30+  neighborhood parks.  Improvements that were consistent throughout the parks included; native vegetation restoration, play area improvements, the incorporation of recreational site amenities, pedestrian trails, and games courts. It was very important to the community that the improvements blend well with the natural surroundings on all park projects and the existing vegetative environment be preserved and protected.
