Project Overview:

Brauer & Associates developed a conceptual plan and cost analysis for a major athletic complex on the south end of Minneapolis to serve as a premier regional recreational facility for a range of sports and activities. Although solving numerous land ownership and use issues are inherent and challenging aspects of the project, the facilities are much needed in the Minneapolis park system and warrant working closely with other agencies to ensure a successful outcome.  The project was completed in 2002.
