Project Overview:

The project included planning of the commercial portion of the Fulton Neighborhood addressing the potential for redevelopment of commercial uses on France Avenue and 50th Street and the impacts of redevelopment and traffic on adjacent residential uses.

The planning stage of this project was finished in 1997 with implementation of the commercial redevelopment completed and the balance pending.
