Project Overview:

Brauer & Associates worked with United Properties developers and the City of Roseville to create a landscaping plan for a new mixed housing development that integrated a neighborhood park, trails, and open space into the overall design.

Project construction began in 2003 and completed in phases with final completion occurring in 2006.
