Project Overview:

Brauer & Associates worked with United Properties developers to create a landscaping project for a proposed single family and condominium housing project to effectively blend the new housing areas with the adjacent Midland Hills Country Club’s upscale character.  Use of planter walls, dry stream beds and extensive landscaping worked to soften the effects of new construction.

Project construction began in 2005.
