Project Overview:

This community park is fittingly named as it is central to the City of Brooklyn Park, hosts many community activities, and located near City Hall.  The park was beginning to show its age, with components literally falling apart, such as the picnic shelter and pedestrian bridge.  Brauer worked with the City to develop a plan that updated this park to meet the community’s current demands, including improvements to access, circulation, and parking needs.

The first phase of construction for this project began in 2006.  All improvements are planned to be completed by 2008.
