Project Overview:

The City of Maplewood was faced with the challenge of developing an area of property acquired with the intent of becoming an active park within a nature preserve.  Many of the adjacent residents were initially against this development, but with Brauer’s sensitive design process, which included a welcomed public participation, resulted in a very creative project that was well received by the community.  The project was constructed in 2005.
