Project Overview:

City of Lakeville selected Brauer & Associates, Ltd. to prepare a master plan for a new community park located within the City.  Brauer & Associates, Ltd. worked together with City staff and the adjacent land developer on this park to serve the ever changing needs of this growing community.

The master plan was completed in 2006.  Construction documents have been prepared for phase one implementation, which will include the neighborhood park area, an extensive trail system around the lake, and mass grading in preparation for the future phases of work.  Phase one improvements are scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2007.
