Community Parks

Community parks are larger in size and serve a broader purpose than neighborhood parks. Their focus is on meeting the recreational needs of several neighborhoods or entire communities, as well as preserving unique landscapes and open spaces. They allow for group activities and other recreational opportunities not feasible - nor perhaps desirable, at the neighborhood level.

Brauer & Associates, Ltd. recognizes the importance of setting aside land for this purpose and designing them so they serve the needs of the community and function well within the context of the park and trail system.
